 *Private lesson is forfeited if canceled  within 24 hours of scheduled lesson 

 *Private lesson may be rescheduled if 24 hour or more notice is provided 

*Please enter facility no more than 5 min before scheduled lesson 

 *Lesson time will not be extended due to tardiness 

 *Lesson will be forfeited if participant arrives more than 15 minutes late 

 *Based on availability 

 *Minimum of 4 students for discounted/cheer clinic private lesson rate  

 *Ages 3+ for individual private lesson
