Playnastics (ages 12 mo-3 yrs).

Playnastics is the perfect 30 minute parent-child gymnastics and music class for our tiny but mighty students! Participants will expand their fine and gross motor skills and explore age appropriate equipment in a fun, social, and safe environment

Tumbling/Cheer Only
(ages 10-18)

Participants will utilize non spring tumbling floor and tumble trampolines. Participants will also engage in strength/conditioning, series tumbling, back hand spring drills, running tumbling, and etc. Perfect for individuals looking to advance their tumbling

Tiny Tots (ages 3-4)

Our preschoolers will participate in a structured, fun, and energetic recreational gymnastics class setting. Students will learn basic fundamental gymnastics skills and development. Participants will also engage in light strength/conditioning, forward/backward rolls, increasing fine/gross motor skills

Flexibility/Conditioning
(ages 5-13)

Participants will utilize non spring tumbling floor and tumble trampolines. Participants will also engage in strength/conditioning. Perfect for individuals looking to advance their flexibility.

Tumble Stars (ages 5-7)

Participants will utilize non spring tumbling floor, tumble trampolines, balance beams, and low bars for skill development and fundamental recreational gymnastics learning. Participants will also engage in strength/conditioning,  back hand spring drills, running tumbling, and etc

Tiny Tumblers
(ages 3
-4)

Beginner friendly class! Our preschoolers will participate in a structured, fun, and energetic recreational gymnastics class setting. Students will learn basic fundamental gymnastics skills and development. Parents may be asked to participate for optimal student learning.

(ages 8-11)
