Rental space 

Are you looking for a space to host your next private event? We got you covered!

   Balance Cheer & Gymnastics rental space requirements and inclusions  

  • A signed contract 

  • $200 non-refundable (applied to balance) deposit is required with the signed contract to hold a specific date and space  

  • 6FT long folding black tables and folding black chairs (seating for up to 20 guests included in price!) 

  • $20/each additional table 

  • $5/each additional chair   

  • Temperature check required upon entry (individuals with readings over 100 degrees are not permitted) 

  • Masks required for all attendees 

  • Balance Cheer & Gymnastics is a smoke free facility 

  • Upgrade your event with our speciality linen, cake stands, beverage station decor, play room, and etc! 

  • Remaining balance due 7 days before event 

  • Capacity: up to 50 guests pending event set up

  • No confetti, glitter, table scatter, and etc. or $100 clean up fee will apply 

  • Please note, set up and break down time must be included in hourly rental (if needed)

  • All sales final
